The final session of our series on “Perspectives won AI” will focus on the immediate impact on the practice of Learning and Development. In this context, there are two equally important angles to consider: (1) AI’s impact on the strategy and operations of the function itself, and (2) the massive task of L&D to ensure that leaders and employees learn how to best capitalize on the potential of AI.

We are going to discuss both angles with our L&D colleague Detlef Hold, who is the head of People and Organizational Capabilities for Diagnostics Global Engineering at Roche. Since the launch of ChatGTP in 2022, Detlef has extensively monitored the development of AI applications on Learning and Development, and its potential on enhancing organizational capabilities across various sectors. He will share his insights and experiences with special emphasis on leveraging AI for fostering organizational performance and agility.

Catalyzed by Detlef’s input, join us for an in-depth exchange on how we all deal with the challenges and opportunities of the new ball game.
